Introduction

An abuse case is a website/account hosted on our platform that violates terms of service or has been reported to us by an external organisation.

As a reseller of our web hosting platform, you may be faced with an abuse case from time to time. No need to worry!

We have built the Abuse Manager, to help highlight these cases and communicate known issues with you to avoid account suspensions. Improving the platform for everyone!

Getting Started

From the client area, you can find the Abuse Manager on the navigation bar on the left.

Alternatively, you can navigate using this link ... https://client.brixly.uk/Abuse.php

This screen will detail the open and resolved abuse cases.

You will be alerted of a new abuse case via our ticketing system and email, all corresponding communication should take place via this ticket until the case has been marked Resolved by the team here at Brixly.

Timeframes

Each abuse case will have a follow-up date and action, which is when a Brixly agent will make an action against the account.

If the ticket has not been responded to by the noted date, the action will occur automatically.

If you have any questions about the case or require an extension to the date, feel free to ask our agents who will help you out.
